Trends in estimated percentage of nine minerals (from FB + DSs) from nine food groups and DSs by sociodemographic characteristics, 1999 to March 2020. Data were adjusted for NHANES survey weights to be nationally representative. Analyses are based on energy-adjusted values to 2000 kcal/d using the residual method.
